Are you interested in recruiting top talent and creating a sustainable talent pipeline for openings within the Winery's North Coast locations? Ideal candidates will be bilingual (Spanish) and possess a strong knowledge of the Napa, Sonoma, Healdsburg area to assist in recruiting talent for both hospitality and operations positions. This position will require you to work on-site at our various tasting room and production locations, 3 days a week on-site with a remote option for the other 2 days.

What you Will Do :

Build Strategic Business Relationships:

  • Partners with department leadership, hiring managers, and human resources representatives to identify talent needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments
  • Develops an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire.
  • Develops knowledge of diversity sourcing practices and strives to provide diverse candidate slates for all positions.
  • Manages applicant flow and sources qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Screens resumes and credentials of candidates ensuring that the skills, experience and subject knowledge meet the minimum qualifications of the position.
  • Prepares recruiting timeline and coordinates the activities of the recruiting team; ensures that recruiting process progresses on schedule.
  • Collaborates with Candidate Experience Team to execute administrative tasks during the recruiting process.
  • Keeps candidates informed of the status of their application and provides timely rejection when removed from the process.
  • Coordinates the post-interview debrief/feedback with the interview team and candidates.
  • Works with hiring managers, human resources representatives and the compensation department to finalize offers for employment.
  • Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all recruiting activities.
  • Ensures that recruiting activities are in compliance with corporate and government regulatory agencies, including OFCCP and EEOC guidelines.
What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 year of corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing, or human resources experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of corporate or agency recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience to include full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting concepts.
  • Experience coordinating and prioritizing multiple searches and customer relationships.
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases and internet sourcing tools.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Experience building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Skilled in written and oral communication.
  • Required to travel by airplane and automobile.
What Will Set you Apart

  • Experience using applicant tracking system
  • Experience sourcing candidates on a multi-location (LinkedIn, Indeed & ATS)
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
