Seeking a Clarizen - Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 6 month contract with likely extensions.

Please note this position requires the successful completion of a background check, drug screen, employment and education verification prior to starting work.

Duties

  • Support the Enterprise PPM Technology Ecosystem by supporting cloud-based PPM technologies such as Clarizen, Jira, and ServiceNow, along with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Responsible for configuring cloud-based PPM technologies such as Clarizen, Jira, and ServiceNow, and supporting integrations with the PPM Data Warehouse, Tableau, PowerBI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams.
  • Create and develop PPM dashboards & reports leveraging BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams to support the organization's global PPM needs.
  • Will report into the IT Manager, Enterprise PPM systems, Reporting & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support technical configurations for the Enterprise PPM Technology Ecosystem by configurating cloud-based tools such as Clarizen, Jira, and ServiceNow, etc.
  • Support technical configurations with BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI, etc.
  • Support integrations with the PPM AWS Data Warehouse, Microsoft Teams, Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Active Directory
  • Provide maintenance and support for the PPM Technology Ecosystem
  • Work with developers to create, enhance, and optimize the Enterprise PPM Technology Ecosystem
  • Develop Gold Standard enterprise level PPM reports and dashboards for the organization leveraging BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
  • Configure mobile capabilities within the Enterprise PPM Technology Ecosystem
  • Test systems and integrations to execute features
  • Work with Stakeholders (SMEs, Developers, BSAs, BAs, Project Management Offices, Leadership Teams) to support business processes within the organization's enterprise PMOs to interpret business needs into technical specifications
  • Apply trouble shooting techniques, root cause analysis, and Level 3 support for system related issues and know when to involve the vendors where necessary
  • Work with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to provide comprehensive end user support
  • Develop knowledge base articles for the PPM Technology Ecosystem and end-user training materials
  • Deliver training to end users
  • Work with cross functionally teams within Global IT and within the Enterprise Project Management Offices
  • Work with business process owners to elicit requirements and build requirements into technical features within the PPM Ecosystem
  • Support the Strategic Project Management Office (SPMO), SPMO Operations and Business Processes, Global IT Processes, and Portfolio Delivery Leads to deliver enterprise objectives

Skills/Requirements:

  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global business environments
  • Experience with identifying, integrating, and managing SaaS solutions and external vendors
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite
  • Preferred experience with Clarizen, ServiceNow, or Jira
  • Preferred experience with BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI

  • Organizational and project management skills preferred

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree required with 5-8 years of work experience as a business systems analyst or related experience
