Top rated tax resolution company is seeking an HR Manager who has strong leadership, people management, and HR generalist experience. Must be adept to fast-paced working environment, self-starter, and comfortable working with various types of issues. Must be able to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

The Manager of Human Resources is the primary resource for all matters pertaining to organizational compliance, work culture, associate well-being, and all employment & personnel matters. In this role, the HR Manager is expected to plan, develop, and coordinate the policies and activities of all staff, within the scope of the Human Resources department. Additionally, this role will entail the fulfillment of organizational missions and talent strategies. The Manager of Human Resources will advise and report directly to the executive team. As they collaborate on strategy, the HR Manager lead the implementation of the aforementioned strategies.

Job Details

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent management & acquisition campaigns
  • Facilitate the hiring and termination of employees in accordance with company goals & policies
  • Monitor and ensure organizational and employment compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including recommendations of practice and necessary modifications to policies
  • Administer all human resource programs, including, but not limited to:

•Compensation, benefits, extended absences, disciplinary measures, disputes & investigations, occupational health & safety, and training & development
  • Develop systems and/or programs to enhance productivity, recognition, and morale
  • Provide support and availability to all staff in need of personal, professional, or personnel-related inquiries and concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Employment-related laws & regulation
•Microsoft Office
  • 5+ Years of relevant Human Resource Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Law; Master's degree preferred
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred

Compensation Package:
Base Pay $90k- $120k
