The Digital Experience Business unit inside GHD Digital is looking for a Visualization Market Development leader. This role will create and identify new business opportunities for our Visualization business with current clients and new ones alike. This role can be located near any one of our GHD Hub offices in North America, including, Irvine, Tampa, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Waterloo and Toronto.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Visualization Market Developer based in North America to build the internal visualization sales/opportunity pipeline.

  • Superior communication and sales skills
  • Ability to navigate, understand, and leverage the structure of a large consulting engineering firm (GHD, 10,000 person organization)
  • Ability to create key account connections with senior leaders

(project managers, service line leaders, and business group leaders)

  • Have excellent understanding of technical and creative 3D visualization, Extended Reality (XR), and drone-based data capture markets
  • Connect needs of broader company with products and services offered by visualization team
  • Facilitate sales between the visualization team and internal key account connections

  • Understanding and generating pertinent sales reports/information
  • May require travel up to 40% inside North America (post-COVID)
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of industry experience in a client focused, business development role
  • Relevant Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in technical or software sales
  • Strong sales resume which includes examples of significant sales successes
  • Proven experience as a team leader and innovator in a technical sales environment
  • Must be a team player, with a positive attitude, and have a drive to succeed
  • Ability to communicate and facilitate opportunities with teams across the globe inside GHD and to external clients
