We're looking for a HR coordinator to join our growing HR team in LA. We are looking for someone who is excited about starting their career in HR and is a natural people person that thrives on providing an exemplary customer service experience to our 400+ employees.

The Work:

  • New Hire Orientation
    • Responsible for all new hire orientation - coordinating all aspects leading up to both Freelance and Full-time employees first days, which includes:
    • Creating offer letters for new hires
    • Sending all relevant paper work and emails to new hires and their hiring managers leading up to the start date.
    • Hosting first day HR informational sessions
    • Partnering with IT and the wider ops team to deliver a seamless employee experience to all new starters and being their point of contact from hire through to their first 30 days
    • Sending weekly new hire email introductions to the entire agency & create and present new hire employee presentation for all agency meetings
    • Managing organization of new hire swag
  • Admin
    • Manage maintenance of freelance timesheet process.
    • Send freelancer last day reminders to hiring manager and recruiters.
    • Managing calendars, reminders and distribution of gifts: eg. Employee anniversaries, new babies, weddings etc.
    • Handle miscellaneous requests and inquiries from anyone in the agency
    • Submit and run reports when necessary
    • Process Invoices
    • Ad-hoc support to the wider HR team when required
    • Admin and calendar support for HR Director
