Job description

Plan and execute onboarding across 4+ teams through scheduling, communication, coordination, and support.

Advise managers on onboarding matters and take initiative to update or enhance processes.

Serve as a link between management and employees by helping resolve onboarding-related questions for new hires.

Present introductory onboarding materials and introduce new hires to the organization through seating coordination and support.

Support onboarding team through keeping documents and processes up to date based on the prioritization of the organization and each respective team

Minimum Requirements

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage ones time.

Knowledge of onboarding protocol and procedures related to hiring practices.

Ability to manage 4-5 separate workstreams at once with a high level of organization and transparency

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, G-Suite, and PowerPoint.
