About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join as a member of our Talent team to help us identify and attract top talent and serve as a company brand ambassador for our candidates. Our world class recruiting team is the key foundation of our success by finding extraordinary people that share our vision. You wilI innovate on ways to attract and source world class candidates, implement process improvement, and own multiple hiring pipelines. This person will primarily focus on hiring for Sales roles, and potentially Marketing, Business, and Support as needed.

As a Senior Recruiter you will:

* Identify and innovate on new sourcing efforts to engage passive Sales talent through sourcing on multiple channels
* Craft compelling outreach and pitch roles to potential Sales candidates via phone and Zoom
* Serve as a company brand ambassador as the first point of contact for our candidates
* Calibrate on roles with hiring and quickly generate multiple pipelines of diverse candidates
* Drive events and programs for recruiting and employment brand efforts
* Maintain and analyze data reports and performance metrics to streamline the recruiting and hiring pipeline and process

Who you are:

* 2-7+ years of in house recruiting experience required
* Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn, referral programs, job boards, and social media/networking platform
* Proven track record in recruiting for a wide range of niche roles, especially Sales positions
* You are able to run a full cycle recruiting process and own engaging talent, wrangling the hiring team, evaluating the candidate correctly, and closing talent of all levels
* You are able to juggle various roles at once and you use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline (including engaging passive candidates)
* Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized with a focus on delivering business results
* You are self-sufficient and able to work with ambiguity
* You take initiative, and are proactive with strong follow through
* Experience with various communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, G Suite
* Familiarity with the Otter.ai app is a plus
* Experience recruiting in SaaS startup environment a plus
* Bachelor's Degree Preferred
