Job description

The IT Support Specialist position at AAA Comprehensive Health Center will help maintain and improve the technical systems to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization's important files and information remain safe and intact. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing systems access, implementing security measures, monitoring security certificates and compliance requirements, PC and networking troubleshooting, hardware and systems setup and installations, cost reporting of IT replacements and updates, and telecommunication systems. The IT Support Specialist will also assist users who may use differing mobile devices, peripheral equipment, and security settings.

· Support health center with the use of a Help Desk ticketing system

· Develop mechanisms to track hardware equipment and software systems

· Provide remote assistance to those employees working remotely

· Provide support to those employees needing urgent technical assistance

· Assist in administering Microsoft network environment, O365, Active Directory, group policies, Mobile Device Management, VMware, IP phone system, etc.

· Assist in the development and deployment of desktop/laptop windows image.

· Valid driver license required. Position may require you to drive to our different sites for equipment installation and IT support.

· Associates Degree or equivalent certifications in related field; information technology, information systems, or equivalent professional experience

· Proven experience working in an information systems and technology environment

· Working knowledge of MS O365, Azure, group policies

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in networking and PC troubleshooting

· Capable of setting up telecommunication systems and devices

· Working knowledge of electronic health record systems, SQL, and Crystal Reports

· Keen attention to detail

· Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
