Job Description

Perform functions to provide a solid talent pipeline of individuals coming in to meet the company's staffing and recruiting needs.

Job Functions

  • Develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high-quality candidates, through social media, online websites, and job posting sites.
  • Handle employment application intake through the company's applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare job postings, pre-screening candidates, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews for management for all candidates.
  • Send interview confirmations, travel itineraries, and preparation for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Assess talent through phone screening, resume review, and a structured interview process.
  • Consult and coach Hiring Managers through the selection process and make recommendations for candidate interviews.
  • Work with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to develop and understanding of the department environment, strategy and talent profiles to support the hiring needs of
    he business.
  • Develop recruitment updates to review trends, competitive intelligence and talent demographics.
  • Assist managers/supervisor with HR related projects.
  • Develop relationships with schools and other recruiting partners.

  • Strong collaboration skills with management.


Education/Experience Requirements

  • Fundamental knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Experience in identifying qualified candidates.
  • Previous recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in healthcare is a plus.
