Iron Ox is looking for a Recruiter that will build and scale for all roles at Iron Ox. You will have the opportunity to play an integral part in owning the hiring strategy to build out all functions as we expand nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers and drive the full-cycle recruiting process
• Manage all aspects of the recruiting process from starting a requisition to making an offer
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and formalize needs, determine diverse sourcing strategies and actively engage with candidates
• Engage active and passive talent through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, events, etc.
• Build strong, diverse pipelines of quality talent for various positions across all departments
• Keep candidate experience at the forefront and leave every candidate with the best impression of Iron Ox
• Advise leadership as a subject matter expert for building out operation teams
• Partner with the Recruiting org to build and scale processes

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience full-cycle recruiting for all levels across multiple departments
• Experience with using creative sourcing strategies to hire a variety of roles
• Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Adaptability and flexibility to switch gears with changing priorities
• Strong sense of urgency while being highly organized
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse workforce
