About The Role
You will assist with leading a team of capital markets team members in sourcing and leading new debt financing structures through tight collaboration with dynamic cross-functional team members across the senior finance, legal, risk, and engineering teams. You'll drive outstanding execution of debt financing terms with top investment banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, and lenders to complete goals for BlueVine's fast-growing lending business. You'll work closely with both internal and external partners to drive the best outcomes for BlueVine and its partners.
This is not a fully remote role. At BlueVine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices will reopen in accordance with local guidelines, and will follow a hybrid model.
What You'll Do
- Work with Finance leadership to resolve funding strategies and structures and lead transactions that align with Finance and Executive team goals.
- Lead cross-functional working teams from Finance, Risk, Legal, Product, and R&D to lead complex receivable financing solutions
- Build, implement and run the receivables financial forecast & planning process in collaboration with Finance teams and with a wide range of senior team members
- Collaborate to manage the internal legal negotiation and documentation with outside counsel on various debt financing structures, including warehouse facilities, securitizations, and forward flow agreements
- Assist with developing and handling new lending relationships with banks, insurance companies, and hedge funds and run existing client relationships and deal teams
- Build compelling investor presentations and marketing materials for various potential financing counterparties
- 5+ years of debt capital markets experience in structured products, either at an investment bank, hedge fund, or FinTech lender
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that enable them to build positive relationships with clients and to partner with teams across various functions and locations
- Positive relationships with corporate, structured product and securitization funding sources, including investment banks and regional banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, pensions, endowments and family offices
- Experience structuring and implementing structured product and ABS financing transactions, including warehouse facilities, loan sales / forward flow, and/or securitizations
