Our Division HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the HR function, within the Pacific Division of Orkin USA, reporting to the Division HR Director and in partnership with the division's leadership team. The work is focused on assessing strategic organizational needs, driving change, building high performing teams and growing leadership capability and capacity aligned to the business strategy. The successful Division HR Manager serves as an advisor to business leaders providing consultation and developing resources that bring HR solutions to match business needs.

The Opportunity:
The successful Division HR Manager will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:

- Builds Organizational Trust & Collaboration: Creates a broad network to exchange ideas and rally support; Builds and maintains relationships at all levels; Respects individual differences in perspective and background; Recognizes and responds to the needs of others; Acts to preserve relationships even during times of disagreement; Promotes collaboration and removes obstacles to teamwork across the organization; Seeks to improve how leadership teams work together, Planning: accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; sets objectives and goals; breaks down work into the process steps; develops schedules and task/people assignments; anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks; measures performance against goals; evaluates results.
- Working knowledge of state, local and Federal labor laws and guidelines. Remain abreast of state labor law and regulation changes within the Pacific Division's area of operation.
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective Employee Relations investigations as necessary. Recommend solutions for complex issues.
- Provide direction, education and resources on recruiting tactics and strategies utilizing a broad range of recruitment sources to meet staffing requirements. Administer recruiting requests in Ultipro.
- Provide interpretation and guidance on policies and procedures. Develop, recommend, and update as necessary.
- Identify training needs. Develop, coordinate and deliver HR Training as needed.
- Audit branch locations with a focus on employee files, documentation and onboarding processes.
- Monitor and track HR related programs through reports and performance statistics.
- Direct interface for communication of benefit programs and problem resolution between team members and corporate benefits group administration.
- All other duties as assigned by the Division President and Division HR Director.
- Travel Requirements: 25% - 50%; U.S.-based travel primarily within the Pacific Division's area of operation.

Additional Requirements:
- A high level of HR Project Management skills inclusive of the ability to design and oversee multiple, concurrent projects working collaboratively with teams in support of business objectives.
- Experience working with a remote staff across the United States.
- Ability to use all Microsoft Office programs to document processes, prepare and update documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Ability to research internal & external best practices for potential use within the organization.
- Ability to analyze HR data and trends leveraging people analytics to share visual messaging.
- Ability to effectively design and deliver communications for leaders at all levels in the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
