The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for implementing research strategies and identifying candidates for the Talent Acquisition team at First Republic. In this role, you will be innovative in the use of sourcing techniques developing diverse pipelines of talent, have a data-driven approach to provide key market insights and be a strategic partner to a team committed to First Republic Bank's talent strategy.
What You'll Do as a Talent Sourcer:
Develop specific sourcing strategies, research activities and tactical plans to obtain the best talent for First Republic Bank's open positions.
Generate names of potential candidates for specific searches by developing pipelines through execution of strategic research, sourcing campaigns, professional networks and leveraging feedback to drive continuous improvement
Attend in-take and strategy meetings with recruiters and suggest creative ways to identify the appropriate candidates.
Assist in the development of appropriate company target lists and proactively generate talent pipelines.
Actively generate candidates for specific assignments using every available channel of outreach through traditional and non-traditional sources.
Leverage multiple recruiting resources and advanced sourcing techniques (including boolean searches) to identify diverse talent.
Build relationships with passive candidates and create personalized high-touch experiences.
Maintain strong partnerships with recruiters to understand the recruiting process as well as current/future needs.
Ensure all candidates sourced are logged and tracked in our applicant tracking and candidate pipeline systems.
Measure metrics including conversion rates of passive candidates who turn into applicants, interviews or placements.
Provide recruiters candidate support as needed.
Understand the company's cross functional talent needs and the competitor landscape.

You could be a great fit if you have:
Minimum 3-5 years of prior research, outside sales, talent sourcing or recruiting experience
Knowledge of recruiting systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems (or other indentification, pipelining or research tools)
Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines
Strong organizational and planning skills
Decision making ability
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience leveraging a CRM (talent or sales) and building campaigns preferred
Job Demands:
Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
