We are currently hiring for our San Francisco, CA and Boston, MA locations.

As a Technical Recruiter at Commure, you will be provided the opportunity to:

• Own our technical recruiting pipeline end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to closing the deal
• Partner with technical hiring managers to understand hiring objectives, create interview plans, and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
• Design and implement recruiting programs that scale our recruiting efforts, such as referral drives, interview training, and talent branding
• Build a recruiting process that supports candidates from diverse backgrounds at all stages of the funnel
• Help us create a leading talent organization that provides exceptional candidate experience
• Effectively communicate Commure's mission and culture, helping candidates understand their potential for impact on our team

You may be a fit for this role if:

• You have 4-6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• You are passionate about building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences
• You have proven abilities to attract passive senior candidates and build a diverse pipeline
• You use data to problem solve, tell stories, draw insights, prioritize and make strategic improvements
• You build trusting relationships and have deep empathy for both candidates and teams you partner with
• Communication is one of your key strengths: you have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You care about our mission and goals as an organization, and are a team player at heart
