About this opportunity

Looking for business analyst to join MES Corp team. This person shall quickly understand Align business, collect new requirements, and work with development and other teams to provide business solution.

In this role, you will...

• Attend global meetings to participate business requirement discussion with cross functional teams.
• Write software requirements specification and other documents by following IT process.
• Provide analysis of business process and seek opportunity of improvement.
• Contribute input to the development team when new or enhanced business solutions are proposed.
• Prepare user acceptance test cases.
• Assess impact of business requests before release.
• Measure expected possible benefits and collect user feedback after release.

In this role, you'll need ...

• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Capability of quickly master of current business flows in production.
• Participation in research to determine if solutions to business requirements are feasible.
• Good writing skill with formal documentation.
• Ability to support multiple projects in different stages in parallel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Troubleshooting skills of application issues preferred.
• Help verify testing results preferred
• SQL query skill of production data preferred.
• Development background is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Compute Science, or equivalent.
