We are currently seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our team. This is an entry level HR management position that will work with partners, managers and employees at all levels and oversee offices located in both CA + NV.

Our legal professionals offer immigration solutions for clients ranging from startup entrepreneurs to large global corporations. We pride ourselves in our innovative approach to employment-based immigration by our expert guidance and technical capabilities. The HR Generalist will be the friendly face of the office who supports the partners and legal professionals through a variety of HR services.

What are the Duties and Responsibilities of this Role?

The HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR services primarily including time management, payroll, employee relations, discipline, staffing, unemployment, and compliance. Other duties may include training, 401k administration, policy, and procedure administration as well as office health management. The HR Generalist will strive to nurture a positive office environment and coordinate firm-wide events.

Who is the Ideal Candidate?

The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to advance their HR skillset in a professional environment. We are seeking an HR Generalist who can independently manage the life cycle for approximately 45 employees and investigate workplace incidents and employee concerns daily. They must have good time management, the ability to deal with confrontation, and articulate communication. The HR Generalist must be organized, detail oriented, dependable, and trustworthy. The person hired in this role must be able to interpret and influence policies/procedures and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Candidates must have knowledge of California labor laws.
