This role is primarily office administration, and also includes some human resources and operational support. The office administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations. This person provides high-level business support by maintaining all business functions including paying invoices, following up with employees, and supporting the HR Administrator and Director team. Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant / Office Manager / Assistant is generally offered as a full time or part time restaurant job.

Prior experience in Office Administration highly preferred.

Requirements/Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
  • Data organization and management
  • Human resources support including employee relations, recruitment and new hire orientation
  • Operations and Catering support
  • Employee relations and staff engagement
  • State and federal employment law compliance
  • Act as the project manager for special projects which may include organizing events, communicating information, and creating company visual presentations
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Customer service and guest recovery
  • Facilities and Equipment Administrative Support
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable
  • Budget Tracking
  • Other duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience as an office assistant, office manager, administrator, human resources or related field (preferred)
  • Details oriented
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Mature, dependable, and results-oriented
  • Self-starter creative, flexible, and able to adapt
  • Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic
  • Brand ambassador
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Servant leader with a strong sense of stewardship
  • Ability to anticipate, solve problems, and resolve both business and team conflicts

  • Reliable transportation (running errands, assisting with catering deliveries, mail correspondence)
