Job description

School House Restaurant and Tavern is seeking an experienced line cook. Duties include prep, setup, and execute assigned
station.

Requirements

* Must have a culinary degree OR one year of hot line cooking experience in a full-service restaurant environment
* Must know cooking temperatures
* Must be able to lift 30lbs
* Must be able to work in a fast pace kitchen environment while maintaining consistent service standards of excellence
* Required to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the restaurant
* Passion and drive to learn and grow
* Adheres to company policies and procedures and holds staff to same standard
* Food handler's certification card required
* Must have reliable transportation to & from work
* Must be available to start immediately
