Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Lab Technician to join our growing team. Seeking a passionate and professional individual to fill in the role of Laboratory Technician. We are looking for an individual working to support the operation so of a Pharmaceutical Laboratory. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
* Assist Chemists with projects and experiments
* Preparing reagents and solutions, calibrating pipettes, and other related activities in support of experiments
* Ensure documents, reports, methods and any other relevant information related to particular projects and experiments are organized and archived in a timely manner
* Ensure general laboratory cleanliness and organization
* Monitoring laboratory inventory and ordering necessary supplies within established levels
Skills / Qualifications
* Associate degree in chemistry, biology or related sciences
* Must be motivated, trustworthy and able to operation independently and within a team
* Good organization and communication skills
* Prior experience in a lab environment is preferred
