Job description

Responsibilities include:

Sorting, batching and scanning mail received from clients, insurance, and patients
Preparing/sending outgoing mail, certified mail pieces
Setup mailing machines for bill runs, maintain operational log

Prepare, deliver, and pickup mail daily at Post Office
Process EOB's with bills for outgoing mail (Fold and insert)
Banking - Physical deposit once a week
Perform other duties as assigned
Requires frequent bending, reaching, repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting and sitting with some lifting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout a typical work shift

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of related experience preferred
Professional Demeanor
Ensure that any private healthcare information (PHI) is kept confidential
Organized work habits
Ability to prioritize and adapt to workload fluctuations
Ability to perform repetitive work
Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Supervisory Responsibility: No

Work Location: Simi Valley, CA
