Job Title: Inspection Coordinator

Rincon, a growing professional property management company in Ventura, CA, is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual for our Inspection Coordinator position.

DAILY OVERVIEW:
Working with a small, cohesive team, you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day operations including performing various levels of inspections, assisting the Resident Services Coordinator with important documentation, performing visual confirmations of completed maintenance work, taking high-quality photos, and creating 3D virtual tours for both documentation purposes and marketing.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Move In/Move Out Inspections
  • Annual Inspections
  • Confirmation of Maintenance Work/HOA Violation Resolution
  • Posting of Notices/Mailing Documentation
  • Producing Quality Photos for Advertising
  • Creating 3D Virtual Tours

This position does not require prior experience in real estate or property management; however, the following are preferred:

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
