Job description

Our client in the Distribution industry is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator. We are targeting a highly organized individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize urgent matters.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • File and organize documents
  • Maintain a high level of communication with other departments and comply with the company policies and guidelines
  • Follow all phone prompts and customer relations guidelines
  • Perform high volume data entry
  • Work autonomously with little to no supervision
  • Handle a variety of projects on a regular basis


Skills/Expertise

  • Self-starter, quicker learner, punctual, reliable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage processes from start to finish
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adaptable, and demonstrate a high level of customer/client service and support
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Education/Experience

  • 0-3 years or equivalent in an admin role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
