Job Description:

Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) is seeking a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager to join our team. The scope of this role is diverse and represents a key element in the overall talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain the most qualified individuals in a wide range of disciplines. The Sourcing Manager will provide proactive business partnership, TA subject matter expertise and coaching. You will be responsible for building and executing a sourcing strategy, finding and engaging world class talent and strengthening the Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) and Raytheon Technologies brand.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted HR business partner. You will partner with leaders, recruiters, sourcers and business partners to drive strategic research and data-driven actions. This requires the TA Manager to analyze and provide analytics on sourcing performance, be assertive, work with a sense of urgency, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct leadership of the Sourcing Function
* Will lead a team of Sourcers to successfully assist the business in its growth initiatives, workforce planning and Human Capital
* Provide proactive business partnership, TA subject matter expertise and coaching
* Ensure compliance with OFCCP, and EX/IM policies
* Providing recommendations for changes in day-to-day management, metrics, tools, competitive intelligence, and activities that impact sourcing and contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team.

Required Skills:

* 10+ years of demonstrated sourcer/recruiter experience
* 4+ years' experience leading and managing a Sourcing and/or Recruiting team
* Experience and understanding of leading-edge recruiting techniques and tools including social networking (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), Boolean searching and traditional networking methodologies
* Demonstrated experience as a sourcer/recruiter
* Knowledge of HR technology that supports TA practices and processes
* Experience developing and implementing search strategies and methodologies
* Understanding Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) principles
* Advance skills utilizing a CRM and ATS
* Experience driving innovation to hire critical talent
* Advanced level candidate pre-closing and closing skills with proven ability to determine viable prospects
* Experience managing key projects by providing on-going documentation and status to stake-holders
* Experience influencing and partnering with Human Resources and hiring managers regarding the recruiting process
* Experience measuring performance to metrics and present findings to a wide range of leaders
* Demonstrate, excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

* Experience using Avature as a CRM strongly preferred
* Understanding of employment law principles
* Experience in a corporate, commercial, agency and/or military contractor environment
* PHR , SPHR Certification

Required Education (including Major):

* Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related Human Resources experience OR Master's degree and 8+ years of related Human Resources experience

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
