Manager, HR Business Partner
This role is responsible for building partnerships within the business to drive, build and support our people strategies, which includes talent and performance management, employee retention and engagement, community program development. This role will have dual support of our high-growth Digital Technology (DT) team and will serve as a resource for cross-functional HR projects.

How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
* Build trust and partnerships with global DT business leaders and HR COE teams
* Understand business needs and issues involving people and process; resolve issues by assisting leaders with action and development plans Assist in Workforce Strategies including organizational design, job descriptions and compensation planning for business teams
* Collaborate and execute on core HR projects and initiatives, such as referral and recognition programs, develop project timeline, update on key milestones and ensure successful implementation and communication plans across all corporate functions appropriately.
* Evaluate people needs at Department, team, and employee level and determine appropriate solution
* Advise leaders on coaching, success profiles, legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, and more
* Drive the development and monitor regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure HR metrics are quantified and outcome-driven.
* Other HR projects as assigned
How you will do it:
* Collaborate with HR Partners to understand business needs and people strategies across all corporate functions and develop appropriate solutions as needed. This may require close partnership with other HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management and People Services
* Collaborate with leaders and Compensation partner on advanced compensation planning, as well as review and development of new jobs, to ensure competitive pay for new hires and associates

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5 years
Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
