About the Position:
We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to add to our team in Denver, Colorado. The Recruiting Coordinator is the first step within the company's internal Recruiting team, so a growth-mindset is critical! This role will take a strategic and holistic approach to recruitment including overseeing campus recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, coordinating new hire onboardings, and implementing social media strategies. This person will analyze data, trends gathered from competitors, and interview assessments to improve outcomes and enhance Galloway's reputation as an employer of choice. As Galloway is a growing company there will be opportunities to implement new ideas and strategies, so creativity is a plus!
Requirements
Education
- A minimum of a high school education or GED required
- Associates or higher in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing preferred.
Experience
- Entry-Level
- A positive attitude, high-energy, and professional drive are required traits for this position.
Requirements
- Ability and interest in overseeing company-wide campus recruitment efforts, including some travel to campuses throughout the year.
- Current driver license with good driving history.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements for company-wide recruiting efforts.
- Collaborates in the strategy and implementation of Galloway's brand as an employer of choice.
- Communicates in a timely and effective manner within the team and with other disciplines working on the project
- Must be technically savvy and open to learning new technologies.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects.
- Desire to learn, along with professional drive.

The estimated starting salary pay range for this role is $45,000-$55,000
