Qualifications

In Order to Join Ryan & CO, Inc, You Must:

• Have a real estate license - Colorado Real Estate (Preferred)
• Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
• Have a strong work ethic and a desire to be successful
• Have excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business

As a Real Estate Agent, You Will Be:

• Assigned leads and Generating your own leads from various sources
• Networking and prospecting, using Ryan & CO's proven systems and models
• Showing properties and working with home buyers from consultation to close
• Hosting and Executing Events using Ryan & CO's turn key event platforms
• Provided high level coaching, training and scripts

The Buyers Agent is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements.

The Buyer Agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate , and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/She is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

The Buyers agent will be available and open to hosting and executing local based events and experiences every 8 weeks annually.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• management: 1 year (Preferred)

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
