Centennial Peaks Hospital is a 104 bed behavioral health facility located in beautiful Louisville, CO. We are dedicated to providing a full range of mental health and chemical dependency services to the state of Colorado. We strive to enhance the mental health, safety and well-being of our patients, their families, and the community at large by providing ethical, compassionate, medically and psychologically integrated inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for psychiatric and addiction disorders.

The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the selection process for new talent at Centennial Peaks. Manages the selection process for critical need and non-critical need positions. Oversees the selection process for new talent at Centennial Peaks. Shares in the responsibilities of the selection process with the hiring manager, which include but are not limited to: attracting, selecting, developing and retaining the right talent. Provides leadership in developing, implementing, and maintaining proactive recruitment and retention plans that are aligned with the facility's strategic objectives. Oversees the applicant tracking system and oversees the onboarding of new hires into the HR Information System.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.

Experience: At least one year experience in recruiting, preferably in health care setting.

Knowledge: Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite. Be resourceful, and flexible. Prior experience in applicant tracking systems, preferred

Supervision Received: Human Resources Director

Pay Range: $41,000-$80,000
