Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Wheat Ridge, CO
Contract-Hire: October 2021-June 2022

Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for the onboarding of all new hires. This individual will be responsible for the set-up of all new hires in the HRIS system, facilitating New Hire Orientation, and all data entry to finalize the new hire process. Process all Personnel Action Notices. Assist with all HRIS troubleshooting. Responsible for setting up new users and maintaining all changes in the TIER cloud for CCC employees. Assist in the development and trainings of managers and employees for the roll-out of the Manager Self Service Module, Employee Self Service Module and the Performance Module.

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
  • A minimum of two years Human Resources experience required. Experience with
  • Human Resources Information Systems a plus.
  • Skills in communication and proficient in computer technology, including basics of
  • Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with good judgment and professionalism, along with managing multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, dependability, and initiative.

Essential Duties:
  • Onboarding of all new hires
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation, which includes scheduling of room, room set-up, tracking lunches, scheduling of new hires
  • Create new position(s) in HRIS before hire
  • Pre-NEO New Hire Set-up in HRIS and TIER
  • Send out NEO Welcome emails
  • Create user set-ups in NuView
  • Complete data entry on all new hires after New Hire Orientation
  • Processing of all Personnel Action Notices (PANs)
  • Assist with the implementation of the Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Recruiting, Performance and Compensation Modules, staying within the approved budget and timeline.
  • Provides excellent customer service to all JCMH employees, as well as outside applicants and vendors by answering routine inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe
  • Back-up for creating and distributing all HR reports.
  • Troubleshoot NuView issues for HR and Payroll
  • Initiate WOW support tickets with Ignite Technology to resolve NuView problems.
  • Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation of the remaining NuView modules.
  • Exhibits enthusiasm, courtesy, adaptability, flexibility, and spirit of cooperation in the work environment.
  • Set up CCC user accounts in the TIER cloud. Update user information as needed.
  • Assist with the Development and training of all manager and employee trainings for Manager Self Service module and Employee Self Service module and the Performance module.
  • Update HR documents on the portal
  • Coordinate the annual staff picnic
  • Maintain and process the life insurance spreadsheet
  • Special projects as assigned

Other Duties:
Attends all mandatory center-wide trainings.
