Job description

We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our fast paced, high volume Recruiting Department in day-to-day administrative operations. You will partner with the recruitment team to attract and hire top talent in the surrounding regions. Our work environment is fast-paced, innovative and very team-oriented. ResponsibilitiesInclude:

  • Screening online resumes and applications.

  • Conducting applicant phone screens and scheduling interviews for recruiters.

  • Data entry of state required background checks.

  • Scheduling, communication and follow-up with outside vendors for pre-employment physicals and lab results.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with all outside background check vendors.

  • Ordering, preparing and organizing recruitment materials for events, and attending job fairs as a representative.

  • Managing orientation folders and IDs for biweekly new hire orientation.

  • Collaborating with recruitment and HR teams in weekly strategy/update meetings.

  • Assisting with various Talent Acquisition related projects as needed.


Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalency would be required along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. College degree preferred.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task are required.

  • Self-starting and strong experience working in a team environment.

  • Strong technology skills, including the ability to work in an Applicant Tracking Database, Microsoft Office Suite, fax machines, photocopier, and other standard office equipment.

  • Excellent phone skills and ability to handle a customer service environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Previous experience in, or understand of the importance of, dealing with confidential material and information is required.

  • Knowledge of Human Resources information systems and applicable employment law is preferred.

  • Ideal candidate is someone who is looking to build a career in HR and has an interest to support a Recruitment team.
