We are convinced that proximity is key to bring the most of our value to our business partners and this is why we want to build a team of talent in Germany.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs an Account Executive your #1 mission will be to demonstrate Ankorstore's value proposition and identify, qualify and convince the best brands in Germany to be active on our platform and thus increase the relevance of our assortment. This is a key role for our company's success as you will be growing the quality of our assortment to continually offer to our retailers the most relevant brands for their business and thereby helping entrepreneurs in their mission.You will be reporting to the Team Lead - Account Executive on the below tasks:Prospect & Qualify:Research, identify and prospect high potential brands using a variety of tools and techniques.Engage with prospects from your brand leads portfolio, adapting communication and approach to get first positive replies.Qualify the brand to ensure its relevance to our platform.Discover, pitch and convince:Identify the key decision maker among the brand's sales structure and conduct a discovery conversation to identify the brand's pain points and challengesDemonstrate our USP to convince brands to be active on Ankorstore by using communication and sales techniques, adapting your approach and arguments based on your audiencePresent pricing, commissions and all relevant informationClose the deal by summarizing the key points of the discussions with the prospect, getting a formal verbal agreement and setting next steps for contract signingIntegrate:Communicate and collect all the necessary data from the brand to integrate their products to the platform in a timely mannerMake sure data provided is accurate.Lead flow Management and Forecasting:Ensure the progress of your leads through the different stages in CRM thanks to a perfect mastery of the tools and processesOwn your target forecasting and manage your pipeline to achieve your monthly goalsAssess autonomously conversion rates, sales cycle, pipeline and win rates stage on stage thanks to dashboards and analyticsProcess improvement & Knowledge sharing :Constantly evaluate process and knowledge and seek for improvements of your team performanceWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAt least 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B online environmentStrong hunter obsessed by closing and who doesn't take no for an answerAbility to adapt perfectly to its audience and to demonstrate Ankorstore's value to a variety of different brandsYou can manage a pipeline including multiple relationships at a time and work in a high pace environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native) and EnglishData and impact driven: you know how to track your results, forecast your performance and see how to improveProcess driven and structured, knowledge of Salesforce is a plusWHAT'S IN FOR YOUOne in a time opportunity to join one of the fastest growing European startups just after series BWorking with a very ambitious & mission driven team backed by powerful VCs (Tiger Global, Bain Capital)Strong values, a real purpose-driven company, in an international environmentA highly dynamic environment in a fast scaling company at a stage where you will able to shape things autonomously and participate to the future of the organisationA real playground for development with exciting career opportunities, locally or internationally, with strong mentorsCompetitive compensationLocation: Berlin, remoteBased in: Home Office (Home Office)
