Job Duties:
- Work with our business analysts, development, and QA teams to plan and deliver high quality trading system solutions during our development lifecycle.
- Expand our existing frameworks as needed to tackle the challenges of and our evolving and growing trading platforms.
- Troubleshoot trading platform application issues and fix technical findings
- Communicate both orally and through our various written communication mechanisms with all stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Having 1-3 Years of experience as a Full - Stack Java Developer with diversified exposure in analysis, design, development and implementation of web/server-side applications.
- Solid knowledge on Java SE including Collection, Threading and Core Java.
- Excellent knowledge on Spring Core such as Dependency Injection, Annotations and XML based Configurations.
- Microservices development using JAVA Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS, JSON, SOAP, RESTFUL services
- technologies/frameworks
- Experience working with Java Swing and/or JavaFX
- Experience working on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a blend of proficiency in Waterfall and AGILE-SCRUM
- Good understanding of server containers such as Apache Tomcat
- Experience with test-driven development and tools like Jenkins.
- Experience and proficient with LINUX and experience with writing Bash scripts.
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (i.e., PostgreSQL, Informix, My SQL)
- GIT knowledge and/or equivalent version control software and JIRA for defect tracking.
- Solid understanding of software and SDLC process
- Strong experience using MAVEN 3.0 Build System.
- Experienced working with technologies such as Log4j, I18N
- Good technical abilities and skills developed by determining work ethic and self-learning.
- Willing to grow and expand your experience pertaining to Trading Systems and Market Data.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn. Ability to understand and learn new technology and share with others.
