Job description

TO DO: Reporting to a Lead of Talent Acquisition, the Remote Client Experience Recruiter will partner with CX teams to develop unique recruiting strategies and build diverse teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for talent, ensuring a smooth and outstanding experience
  • Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for roles across organization
  • Source CX professionals & build a strong network through experienced use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc...
  • Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness - Maintain & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis - Drive the offer process - including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates

WHO YOU ARE:

  • CX recruiting experience, preferably at high-growth FinTech companies
  • Experience recruiting for Digital Product Management, Design (UX, UI and Interaction), UX Research and CX strategy roles
  • Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge
  • Outstanding interviewing, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Strong team skills, ability to establish positive relationships with all levels of an organization
  • Strategic problem solver with outstanding data analysis and analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

ORGANIZATIONAL FIT:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while collaborating with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
  • Drive all recruiting programs and source top talent to build short and long-term candidate pipelines
  • Determine and partner/execute on appropriate recruiting sources such as meet-ups, hackathons, local-recruiting marketing campaigns, employee referral programs, co-op programs, college recruiting programs, social networking and targeted websites
  • Establish and maintain meaningful and effective relationships with hiring managers Manage the integrity of data in the ATS - you/we like clean data Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels

MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience, preferably at high growth FinTech companies
  • Experience recruiting for Digital Product Design (UX, UI and Interaction), UX Research, and Digital Product Management
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Strong team skills, ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
