Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services to clients in one or more of the following areas: financial management, cost analysis, cost estimating, business case analysis, economic analysis, operations, program management, and data analytics
- Lead teams of 2-4 people to balance a variety of assignments and independently manage time and resources to deliver quality work by established deadlines
- Operate in a detail-oriented manner, with flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to multi-task to quickly adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad hoc requests
- Build client relationships by 1) exceeding client expectations, 2) sharing insight on the client's business and industry, 3) following industry trends, 4) applying knowledge and experience to develop relevant solutions
- Build internal network and understanding of Guidehouse capabilities to identify opportunities to address client problems to grow our portfolio of business
Qualifications - Required
- Ability to analyze data and present findings in written reports and presentations in a concise manner that is relevant to the intended audience to support decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis and data visualization using industry leading analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, SAS, Tableau, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-phased solutions to address complex problems
- Proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member
- Ability to facilitate conversations and ask probing questions to illicit a clear understanding of the client's problem statement and current state
- Ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity
- Experience briefing Department of Defense leaders at the 0-5 and above levels
- Minimum Years of Experience: 4 years
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's, experience can substitute for education
- Ability to hold a Secret Clearance
- Master's Degree in one of the following areas: MBA, Economics, Data Analytics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Clearance Preferred
- Background in a DoD development and/or acquisition environment is preferred
- Consulting experience or internship
