Job description

Luxury condominium, located in Georgetown, is seeking a qualified, reliable, attentive and flexible individual to fill the position of part time/on call front desk associate. Our community has 162 units and offers a 24 hour front desk, pool, social room, exercise room and sundeck.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a high level of customer service experience as well as experience managing a condominium front desk. You must be professional at all times, must have excellent communication skills, and must be poised and personable with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet residents and guest in a friendly welcoming manner
  • Manage guest/vendor sign in
  • Process package check in through BuildingLink
  • Provide detailed daily shift notes
  • Coordinate building calendar
  • Answer phones in a friendly and timely manner
  • Monitor security cameras
  • Manage service requests
  • Manage key logs
  • Handle/Assist with emergency situations when necessary

Education, Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum educational requirement - High School Diploma
  • At least one year of experience in a condominium or apartment front desk setting
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends and midnight shifts
  • Management experience very helpful

Pay is based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.20 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Currently all employees, residents and visitors are asked to wear a face mask. The front desk has plastic protection shields. Social distancing guildelines are in place and our cleaning company has increased sanitizing and cleaning procedures.

Education:
