Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process and monitor job requisitions; edit job descriptions and post to designated advertising venues; schedule candidate interviews; maintain LinkedIn account and source candidates; coordinate preemployment screenings and create files; administer new hire orientation; work with facilities and IT on new hire setups; prepare and update reports; maintain recruiting database; research and propose new recruiting sources; track recruiting expenses and help prepare annual budget; provide telephone coverage; and perform other administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' related experience; excellent administrative, organization, and time management skills; strong written and verbal communications skills; high level of customer service and professionalism and the ability to work with individuals at all levels; exceptional attention to detail and able to handle confidential information; and proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel skills. Prior experience working in a human resources environment preferred.
