Job description

Job Title: Sales Project Manager Job Location: Remote - USA Job Type: Contract Job Duration: 3 Months/600 hours

Position Responsibilities:

  • Formulate teams to attack 3 projects
  • Clean up and align SAP and SFDC
  • Improve Order Accuracy
  • Re-align AMS sales team
  • Each project will need a defined governance structure
  • Weekly work team calls
  • Bi-weekly management update calls
  • Each project will need clear milestones and goals
  • Define current state metric and end state target
  • Build project plan with milestones to finish in 90 days
  • Track action items and follow up with action owners to complete on time.
  • Collaborate with external departments on reporting and data.
  • Assist management by reviewing department data for inconsistencies.
  • Track IT issues and work to resolve them.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP (SFDC and SAP preferred)
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to build team cohesiveness to achieve results
  • Requires good written presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Strong organization and follow up skills

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of project management experience is required, managing projects for full life cycle, from inception to implementation
  • Understanding of insurance products, B2B sales and sales processes
