Job Description Summary

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting analysis and discovery sessions with technical team and business stakeholders. This individual will also create user stories along with acceptance criteria based on the discovery sessions and discussions. This individual is responsible for performing gap analysis between business requirements and Salesforce out-of-box capabilities including mapping to standard/custom Objects and configuration items. This individual will work with an assigned Salesforce Architect and project manager to understand requirements, document the technical analysis outcome and create technical specifications as needed, and perform the validation and implementation of the solution. This role will take ownership of the assigned use case and drive the implementation with little to no supervision over the course of project sprints.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and business stakeholders to perform business analysis and discovery sessions
•Create features, epics and user stories based on discovery sessions along with acceptance criteria
•Create high-level mapping, design and demonstrate the solution to stakeholders and sponsors
•Track user stories for build, test, acceptance and deploy
•Facilitate and manage user acceptance testing efforts
•Assist with post implementation analysis and validation activities
•Perform simple administrative tasks and generate reports as needed
•Support solutioning for MAXIMUS proposals
•Provide testing and validation support in all environments
•Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Specific Requirements & Qualifications:
•A minimum of 5 years of related work experience with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or college required or equivalent work experience.
•Core background in IT and Business Analysis, including a minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce required
•Salesforce Admin certification is preferred
•Minimum 2 years of experience in an agile/scrum environment as an analyst
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze process flows and perform functional analysis
•Proactive and creative problem solver with a strong understanding of Business Process
•Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English including presentation skills to senior management both to internal and external includes SMEs.
•Proven ability to collaborate with other team members to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources.
•Experience in various Salesforce offering such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Platform and clear understanding of limitations related to GovCloud and Commercial cloud

- Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
- Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
- Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
- Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
