Senior Clinical Project Manager (Sponsor Company, Boston)

100% remote option within the United States if able to work EST hours.

The Senior Clinical Project Manager (CPM) will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to help advance clinical programs. The best fit for this role is a self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. They will play a key role in the cross-functional integration across multiple clinical initiatives in addition to coordinating support to develop clinical development plans, timelines, vendor RFPs and clinical supply forecasting.

Responsibilities



  • Prepare and present dashboard and track KPIs

  • Partner with supply chain, lead planning, forecasting and management of clinical supply (IP) for clinical programs

  • Assist in drafting and requesting proposals from clinical vendors; run bid defense meetings as necessary

  • Initiates and manages cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment with all program stakeholders

  • Clinical Project Management


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related area

  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience as a project manager in a pharmaceutical

  • Global and local expertise and experience managing Phase I through Phase IV trials

  • Working knowledge of ICH/Google Cloud Platform regulations and clinical protocols

  • Working knowledge of drug life cycle management

  • Demonstrated strong computer aptitude in MS Office Suite, especially MS Project & Visio and other systems

  • Good working knowledge of management and oversight of CROs, Specialty Labs, PRO vendors, IWRS and TMFs

  • Perform job duties with minimal supervision and guidance
