Job Description - Senior US IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT staffing & Bench Sales
• Expert level experience in Recruiting s, s, EAD's, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
• Experience in using job portals like Dice,Indeed,and LinkedIn.
• Great writing and communication skills are a must
• Experience in bench sales consultant and dealing with direct clients and candidates
• Build and maintain a network/pipeline of candidates for future opportunities and referrals
• Monitor and mediate all necessary communication between customer, vendor, and internal technical resources within each account.
• Ability to utilize various job boards and social media platforms to post jobs and source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Work on both pro-active positions as well as reactions to our team's opportunities
• List job postings on job boards, social media, and corporate career web sites.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in agency & corporate setup.
• Experience hiring w2, 1099, and C2C candidates.
• Excellent knowledge of US labor and visa regulations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Experience in establishing corporate recruiting strategies and processes.
