The Position
This particular position will be Full-time (W2) Contract-to-Hire with Zeal with salary and benefits for 6 months before transitioning (laterally, in terms of salary and benefits) to our fintech/financial services client. This is a fully remote position.

Essential Job Functions
As a Team Lead/Senior .Net Developer, you will work in an Agile environment and be responsible for: writing, testing, and troubleshooting software, communicating with and investing in your teammates and clients, and consistently growing your skill set. You will estimate complexity, perform and participate in code reviews, explain technology decisions and hold a high bar for both personal and team quality. You will consider the security and maintainability impacts of each decision you make and contribute to the betterment of the software product.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience with modern software development technologies and environments, including object-oriented development, REST API design, relational database concepts, modern IDE experience, cloud experience, and modern DevOps toolsets
- Experience working in an agile environment and demonstrated success with test-driven development, automated regression testing, and continuous delivery are desired
- Types of technologies worked with include: C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, React, Node.js, ASPNET, Blazor, Angular, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, Git, TFS, SQL Server, Postgres, Mongo DB
