Overview
The Treasury department is responsible for the liquidity management, bank relationship, financial risk management (primarily FX), capital structure, treasury accounting. The Sr Treasury analyst will focus on strategic analysis and reporting. The performance of analytical procedures regarding cash management and forecasting are two areas of focus. The Sr Treasury Analyst should demonstrate a clear understanding of the workings of money and markets from a tactical and strategic perspective.
This position requires a highly organized person with keen attention to detail, an understanding of financial concepts, and strong communication skills who thrives in a fast pace environment with the goal of ensuring the back-office processing of flow-of-funds and cash reporting is operating in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Sr. Treasury Analyst is expected to provide financial analysis and analytical support to strategic treasury initiatives; adhere to the department's compliance of internal controls and monitor financial risk.

- Ensure adequate liquidity of all entities by monitoring cash balances daily and making recommendation for all funding requirements
- Own the reporting of cash balances and weekly tri-week rolling cash forecast to senior management
- Partner with teams across the Finance organization and other departments to ensure proper management of the Company's working capital
- Manage debt instruments and line of credit arrangements, including reviewing legal agreements and financial schedules
- Continue to enhance/automate all reporting requirements
- Ensure all treasury processes and related internal controls are operating effectively
Essential Duties Summary Include:
- Prepare daily liquidity view (reconcile cash activity, prepare cash position and summary reports for management) for the U.S. and Europe.
- Conduct borrowing and investing activities.
- Analyze and optimize bank services and fees.
- Assist with implementation and administration of TMS (HazelTree)
- Prepare cash flow forecasting process for the US and Europe.
- Take an active role in researching and recommending global treasury process efficiencies and improvements for cash management practices
- Knowledge and experience with liquidity/cash management, banking, accounting and FP&A
- Analytical skills and knowledge of financial statements and working capital analysis.
- Detail oriented and the ability to create senior management and C-suite level reports.
- Self-motivated, flexible, hands-on and able to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Take ownership of responsibilities and work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Bachelor's degree is required in finance, economics or accounting
