Senior Analyst, Portfolio Analytics

Department: Asset Management

Reports to: Senior Director, Portfolio Analytics

Description:

The function of the Senior Analyst is to assist the team to provide exceptional service by coordinating and overseeing the deadlines and deliverables surrounding financial statement analysis and property inspections and maintain statistical reporting for the platform.

Essential Functions:

* Perform data analytics to produce and design management reports, board book and oversee analytics on process, people and technology activity and metrics for internal and external distribution
* Maintain Risk Rating Model and CECL data used to support loss impairment analyses
* Report and measure performance against established multifamily key risk indicator
* Assist as necessary to prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual certifications as required under each respective agreement
* Assist with system enhancements to document business requirements and oversee user acceptance testing
* As necessary, assist with marketing and/or asset management to prepare third party servicing presentations
* Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by senior management

Qualifications Required:

* Strong Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
* Strong math, verbal, writing, and organizational skills
* Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines
* Ability to multitask and work on several transactions simultaneously
* Ability to recognize risk
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to audit own work
* Ability to work independently and in teams

Required Skills: Undergraduate degree preferred with a minimum of 5-7+ years in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to recognize and mitigate risk, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and manage deadlines, strong customer service skills (written and verbal).
