CFS is hiring Recruiting Assistant in Fort Lauderdale!

This role is responsible for obtaining new clients and maintaining existing accounts; recruiting top accounting and finance talent; "match making" professionals with opportunities.

What the Recruiting Assistant will do?

  • Sourcing candidates: Reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Contacting potential candidates. You'll be making between 30-40 calls per day.
  • Interviewing candidates and qualifying them for jobs.
  • Coordinate hiring activities
  • Undertake clerical duties (Answering emails and listening to voicemails)
  • Prepare and post job ads online
  • Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
  • Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Process background checks
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Handle records and paperwork
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (Preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)

The ideal fit for this role:

  • Bachelors in HR, Accounting or Finance highly preferred but not required.
  • 2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting with a proven track record of success.
  • Must have good written and communication skills
  • Outgoing and a great communicator. Enjoys speaking and connecting by phone or video chat.
  • Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player.
