Our firm is currently growing and we are seeking a part-time Recruiter who can help us attract top quality talent to join our team.
Wh at Yo u'll Do
You will be primarily responsible for leading all recruiting efforts to attract, assess and cultivate talent for inexperienced and experienced advisors. You will screen, assess and interview in order to acquire the best quality candidates. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to an active pipeline of candidates, building relationships and energetically selling the role and our firm's value proposition.
You will provide end-to-end management of the firm's candidate round-one and final round pipeline to include scheduling all interview days, and work with the leadership team to manage participation. You will manage all candidate data pipeline and the interview follow up process.
You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing recruiting results, managing targ et ed recruitment campa i gns and identifying strategies to improve recruiting initiatives.

Based in South Florida, you will be a collaborative participant of our leadership team establishing effective working relationships with all team members to provide your perspectives and concerns as the "voice of recruiting".
Responsibilities
Source, screen, recruit and interview potential financial advisor candidates, both inexperienced and experienced. Effectively communicate the opportunity of the career and the value proposition of our firm. Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates. Stay connected to your candidates to support them in their career transition through the interview and on-boarding process. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure there is a mutual fit between candidate and the firm.
Actively participate in external networks, i.e., student organizations, college placement offices and industry organizations, Network and bui l d relationships in the firm and in the community to identify top talent. Work with the leadership team to understand the business, meet hiring goals, and provide feedback on candidates. Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and leadership team feedback Use market intelligence and industry trends to develop, execute and assess online candidate search campaigns to identify relevant prospects and produce quality candidates. Track and analyze recruiting results, manage targeted recruitment campaigns and identify strategies to improve recruiting initiatives. Accurately maintain candidate files, reports and the database.
Desired Qualifications
Recruiting experience, preferably in the financial service s/ insurance industry. Excellent interpersonal, c ommunica tion and tea m work skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Indeed, Handshake, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or others preferred. Ability to build positive relatio n ships a n d collaborate with members of the leadership team and candidates in an engaging and persuasive m anner. Outstanding organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently. Mindful of external reputation; discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information , willing to "get hands dirty and play" an active role in all aspects of the candidate management process. Desire and passion to continuously improve recruiting processes. Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; track record as self-starter.
Flexibility to deal with last minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure. Brings high energy and enthusiasm to everything they do.
