FLSA: Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Performs general property management administrative duties to include but not limited to: reporting, customer service, ticketing systems and planning. Coordinates meeting and events for staff. Review and audit property digital files to help better educate and assist onsite team members.

Job Duties

  • Conduct weekly/monthly portfolio reporting.
  • Property file audits.
  • Answer all resident, prospect, vendor and outside calls to multifamily.
  • Performs data entry and scan documents.
  • Assist with leasing/renewals for 1 asset remotely.
  • Assists in resolving any administrative problems or needs.
  • Oversee and complete ticket system submitted from onsite team members.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  • Maintain office supplies for department.
  • Special projects as needed.
. Requirements:
  • High School diploma or general education degree.
  • Knowledge of office and accounting procedures.
  • Exceptional computer skills - MS Office Suite.
  • Rent Manager / Yardi is a Plus.
  • 2-3 years administrative experience in a commercial / residential leasing office environment.
  • Familiarity with facilities operations.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Strong ability to work independently; Ability to research and problem solve.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of phone and email procedures and etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
