Job Summary:

Onehome is looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to work out of our Miramar, FL office location. Note - this is a temp-to-hire position. This role may be considered for a permanent position following the successful completion of a three-to-four-month temporary assignment. This position is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in various capacities including reviewing resumes, screening potential candidates, and scheduling interviews.

What to expect in your role:

• Sourcing candidates using a variety of processes to build a robust candidate pipeline for multiple job requisitions.
• Help plan, source, and attend job fairs to increase pipeline and support volume recruiting.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Manage requisitions in internal Career Center, Applicant Tracking System, and 3rd party job boards.
• Schedule interviews, send calendar invitations, and confirm phone, virtual, and on-site interviews.
• Help monitor candidate applications to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate updates to Talent Acquisition team on a scheduled, ongoing basis.
• Contribute to ongoing recruitment processes and initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to candidates during the recruitment process.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all departments within onehome.
• Perform other duties to support the Talent Acquisition team and other onehome departments, as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Ensures that appearance and personal conduct is always professional.
• A minimum of 2 years full-desk or corporate recruitment experience
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with acute attention to detail.
• Experience working with an ATS is preferred
• Strong ability to quantify and qualify data using KPI's.
• Excellent communication skills and situational awareness with an aptitude for prioritizing multiple projects and incoming information.
• Must have a passion for recruiting and customer service and the desire to grow in the Talent Acquisition function of Human Resources
