Job description
Position Summary:
Perform functions to identify, implement and lead business initiatives to create value and insights, and assume responsibility for specific business projects or reporting needs; help drive and support automation and streamlining for reporting needs, working across all segments of the organization while using broad conceptual judgment and making decisions based on precedent and working within the limits of established policy. Essential Functions:
· Extract and analyze data using relational databases through creation of custom complex queries utilizing SSMS (SQL); validate output, and interpret trends or patterns in clear and concise manner using visual representations and/or written summaries
· Drive improvement initiative and align resources within the organization to successfully complete initiative and drive target results within established timelines
· Ensure the development and tracking mechanisms to monitor and quantify results and initiate early and informed response to implement corrective action
· Create customized ad hoc report to answer a variety of business and clinical questions
· Lead analysis and data gathering to identify key priorities for the business; support high-priority data and reporting needs for the business and help drive and support automation and streamlining for new and existing reporting needs working across all segments of the company
· Collaborate with senior management and other key stakeholders to clarify objectives, resources and timing
· Develop new data models using various tools to extract data from structured and unstructured data sources
· Provide problem solving and analytical support to functional areas of the business as needed; ensure common understanding of key issues exists among stakeholders, and develop and implement root cause solutions for significant, sustainable results
· Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements

Minimum Position Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Management, Mathematics or related discipline
· 3+ years of experience in analytics, data modeling, strategic development and business excellence
· Demonstrated excellence in listening, speaking, and writing skills, with proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization
· Superior project management skills with the ability to initiate and move projects to successful conclusion where quality and timeliness are key
· Proven skills in leadership role with ability to provide guidance ad mentoring
· Ability to build relationships with stakeholders to promote business growth
· Demonstrated high proficiency skills in Microsoft SQL and Office programs
