We are currently hiring an Account Manager to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved.


THE DETAILS

Four is looking for an ambitious and talented individual to help maximize our post-sales efforts and maintain strong relationships with our retailers. As an Account Manager, you will help strengthen Fours relationship with our retailers and develop new business opportunities. The Account Manager will be the main point of contact for retailers and is an extremely crucial role at Four.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff
  • Meet and exceed Book of Business net churn goals
  • Manage the lifecycle contact strategy for your portfolio, providing frequent rich industry content, data insight, and portfolio analysis
  • Deepen relationships with Retailers through consistent proactive outreach


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years experience in a client-facing Account Management or Customer Success role
  • A keen eye for opportunities to increase revenue
  • Proven ability to manage a large book of business
  • A strong work ethic demonstrates high initiative and ownership
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to influence others
  • Experience working with Microsoft office and other BI tools
