Responsibilities:

Plans, designs, gathers, and documents standard business requirements

Analyze requirements by applying understanding of Allvue system functionality

Applies judgement to adapt defined processes and procedures to ambiguous situations

Works on problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors

Leads client discussions and design sessions and steers the client to best practices

Accountable for the quality of team artifacts

Achieves individual Management by Objectives goals and influences team goals

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a Analyst/Consulting Compacity

1-3 years experience working for a software provider in support, implementations, product, or engineering

Experience with Everest Platform preferred but not essential

Experience with private debt, bank loans, credit, CLO's preferred

Should Have:

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Great teamwork skills

Well-rounded personality

Enthusiasm for technology and finance preferred

Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can successfully manage multiple competing priorities

Analytical

Education/Certifications:
Bachelors Degree preferred

Job Summary:
The Modernization Business Analyst role will have responsibility in assisting the team in the mission "modernize" our on-premise client implementations with the ultimate goal of bringing as many of them to our cloud offering. This role will require both critical thinking and practical problem solving while partnering with account management, Allvue credit clients, professional services and product to be successful.

The Modernization effort is a top priority for the firm, and business analysts will help by solving critical business challenges for clients, providing key feedback to product for necessary roadmap enhancements and interfacing internally to ensure efforts are prioritized. This role will allow for significant personal development and growth and exposure to all parts of the Allvue organization.

We are looking for solutions-oriented achievers to help build the team and reach our modernization objectives. This role will require the ability to dive into details, while being able to understand and communicate the bigger picture impact. The Modernization Business Analyst ideally has a developing knowledge of the Alternatives industry and understands Allvue best practices. They know who to ask or leverage existing knowledge, experience and judgement on process improvements and solutions.
