Overview:
We are seeking a Sr. Proposal Coordinator, with at least 5 years of experience for our Business Development Division. This position is open to Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, FL or Austin, TX.
In this position you will work directly with project managers to deliver a high-quality and timely service to support their business development efforts. You will coordinate and create compliant winning proposals including writing, research, data gathering, execution, and delegation to graphic designers, when needed. This position requires effective time-management, writing, planning, organization, strategy, design/layout, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and produce compliant proposals
Follow proposal management process, from the moment it is assigned to the filing of results
Identify and outline requirements of RFP's
Schedule and facilitate proposal production meetings
Responsible for coordination and production of presentations
Participate in presentation practices and assist during rehearsals
Ensure quality of all produced material including consistency, spelling, and grammar
Proactively update resumes, project descriptions, and project photos
Maintain an organized filing system for proposal archive
Contact and gather information from sub-consultants, per project manager requestAttend team meetings
Assist with quality control of proposals prepared by proposal coordinators
Assist with strategic and complex tasks assigned by supervisor
Mentor new proposal coordinators and proposal coordination assistants into WGI's proposal coordination process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent demonstrated experience
Minimum five years in the A/E/C industry preparing proposals for a wide array of public and private sector clients including federal, state, and municipal clients.
Provide at least two samples of previous proposals
Must have the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work well with others
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work and coordinate efforts from multi-discipline teams across the firm's geographic reach and to lead team meetings with assertive and professional attitude
Eagerness to learn and follow company's proposal management process
Ability to operate under tight deadlines, handling various projects simultaneously, and manage last minute/urgent requests. Must be able to adjust to multiple, concurrent deadlines.
Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and work ownership
Adaptability, comfortable with change, and a positive "can-do" attitude
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Basic/Intermediate skills in Adobe software (InDesign and Acrobat)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Must be flexible and willing to work overtime, when needed
